Staff researcher of INFN in Bari, she is involved in Particle Physics research activity since 1993. As a member of the Aleph Collaboration at CERN she worked on the trigger and data acquisition system of the Hadron Calorimeter and participated to the search for "supersymmetric particles".

She has been a member of the CMS Collaboration at CERN since 1994, with a leading role in the R&D of the Resistive Plate Chamber (RPC) detector, which is part of the CMS muon trigger. In the past years, Anna was responsible of the data acquisition and coordinator of the detector installation and quality tests. Currently she covers the responsability of RPC Technical Coordinator.
